ESO Game + Steam Game
This is what currently my account looks like. How do I play through Steam? It now tells me to buy the game.

✭✭✭✭✭I do not see where it is asking you to buy the game again. It clearly says your account status is active and is asking for your Steam account information.
Maybe I am missing something as I did not go through the middle man Steam for this game.

I blurred the Steam Account part. When I go to steam to download the game it says "Purchase" not "Play"
How am I supposed to play the game then? I don't understand0 -

Yes, that is from ZoS account information, I left out the PTS part because it was not relevant.

It did at first! And I was able to play it, then, I couldn't, only buy it.
I deleted the game following the help guide you linked, and now I can only buy it, not reinstall or play0 -
