both these tickets are linked. the newest one being resolved will also resolve the first one - I figured out the issue to the first one and logged the appropriate ticket just for support to change it to a completely irrelevant category and ask for information that has no relevancy to what was logged in the first place. (asking for character info and guilds for a change of country)
