the issue is the performance optimization launched at the same time as a massive code reduction, alongside a content patch. tying these three things together means the game changed dramatically. It is understandable how hard it is to chase down wtf is going on.

ZOS is just a hallow company that has one dev working on everything. games a joke.
look back when they removed torch bugs and deer from pvp thinking this alone was causing pvp lag when it was AOE caps and everyone told them. I hope there own patch's do this game in, it had a chance but never fully sailed.

This. The game has become too popular for its own good, and can't handle peak times on particular servers for particular activities, like Cyroldil PvP.

People have been complaining here for some time; I did so myself for a while.

I came to the conclusion that there are only really three options left:

1) quit and play something else
2) accept that performance for some activities, particularly during peak time, will be poor
3) playing on a different server during their off peak

I chose the third option. The choice is yours.

You can keep complaining if you like, but unfortunately it is unlikely to achieve anything, apart from making you more angry.
