My god why do ball of lighting not work. Every patch it's a new issue.

So basically ball of lightning sometimes dont work. Why is their alway a issue with sorcerer. Last patch if you use overload for more then 3 tick you would get lightning out your hands. The patch before that your pets was never by your side. In 4 years of playing I can't remember a patch without A ISSUE. is sorcerer the only class this happens to. PLEASE FIX BALL OF LIGHTNING

    It's not a Sorcerer thing. Streak/BoL is in a group of skills along with Cloak, Shade and Undo that are very often broken with releases.

    Smh I never played this game without a issue. It's not lag.

    Well, first start off explaining the issue?
    Is it not absorbing projectiles?
    Not moving you 15meters forward?

    What is it doing/Not doing sometimes?

    Visual Bug. Still happens occasionally. Not really a big issue - multiple classes and skills can have a similar (not the same) but similar effects.

    I've had Soul Trap and Consuming Trap bug out and give the visual effect for an ungodly amount of time until I /reloadui to correct it.

    Not a Sorc exclusive bug. Certain gears sets and warden have this issue as well (still.) Boils down to lag and what we see versus what the server is telling us. Had Bear, Hunger(gear) etc sit by me for an entire fight while leveling up Bow performing their actions, Mob took the damage, though the pets were never there in the mob's face despite the animations playing.

    Welcome to online gaming. Many games that seem more polished still have their issues (be it same as here, their own unique one, or something similar) since their launch and after updates as well. And no, not a sorc exclusive, many classes and skills have different to similar issues. Sorc just a bit more flashy so it gets notice more often.

    Again to fix it, one must explain what is wrong with it.

    Lots of skills aren’t working this patch why should bol be any different.

    My Ball of Lighning has not failed since over 4 weeks.

    seems to behave largely as it always has... quasi-reliably.

    Streak works until I get more than 2 people hitting me at the same time, then it just breaks and I go nowhere when I activate it.
