Is the Dragonguard Supply Chest supposed to be lootable by every character that has completed the 30 dragonguard daily grind or just once per day for the whole account?

It is a lot of work to unlock that chest, it would seem logical that every character that does all that work (unlock the dailies and then do 30) should have access to the daily reward from it...Edited by Mix on March 19, 2020 6:08PM3 -

There is no indication in the game that doing this on another character gives no reward. Can only search this once a day per account.
Is this broken or is this by design?.0
