The wheel doesn't collect "buckets" of water... The flowing river underneath is forcing it to turn and generate whatever energy it provides to the building(s).

omg im so stupid, i had to reach CP500 to finally notice that in my settings, i can actually lockdown my RUN command so that i can free one hand for attack-moves (1 to 5) while the other is on the mouse, DUHHHH !!!

im so used to take my hand off the direction-arrows and go hit the attack number 1-5 during combat, that its to late to change me now LOL

everyday i learn something new... but brotherhood is little confusing !!! today after doing like 10 extra assassinations and not getting rewards for it, i googled the quest and concluded they dont come trough the contract-book but by hunting the names from the LITANY OF BLOOD list, by yourself... i was doing contracts after contracts over at those same places but none was toward the EXECUTIONER titlement because those victims dont come with the usual hand-of-death symbol over their head !!!

Dark Brotherhood has several different assassination quests you can do.
1. The contract book is a repeatable quest that's easily done to rank up your skill line with the Dark Brotherhood. Its great for grinding out if you need to rank up in order to unlock the next quest in the quest chain. The quests for killing three targets are worth more rank points.
2. The Black Sacrament is a daily quest received from Speaker Terenus. Its an instanced quest with optional challenges for time limit, stealth, and additional targets.
3. The Litany of Blood is a scavenger hunt where you hunt particular targets described in the book.

If you want the Executioner title, then yes, you need to finish the Litany of Blood.

Note on the Litany of Blood. The victims spawn as you approach, but they have a fixed place to start from. In other words, you may have to explore the location the victims are supposed to patrol to get them to spawn.

Also, you may have to follow them around for an opportunity to do the deed.

indeed im missing one target at deshan and it never repawns for me to kill the NPC (in this case its "cindiri malas" which i visited last night and again this morning and i cannot find it, with its red plumed helmet... i wonder if its a guard??? i did rob the bank in the waiting LOL

Red crest - refers to her red-plumed helmet. Found near the bank

Youtube has a couple of videos that show each target. You need to be near where they start their path for them to spawn. And some of these NPCs wander all over the place.

For me, it was the one in Grahtwood that took some fettling to get.

IIRC the Deshan one was inside the building, and you need to follow until you get to an area where you wont be seen

Hope all are well, healthy and virus free as me

the good thing during this law confinement, is that i stay home and play ESO all day - so i go out once a week for 15mins. regular basket groceries, armed with gloves and mask and keeping my distances.

I didnt panic nor go out to ravage the stores from toilet paper, like some moronic maniacs out there - piling up for 1 year or reselling it on the side for profit - to them i say: my arrow to their knee.

All is missing is my ESO poisonous bow, to hit all those stupid aglomerated unprotected guys, roaming the café terraces and beach or park benches with their friends, because they dont respect the law for their own protection (another arrow to the knee).

They think they are imune, cool and above the law - Example: << yesterday up north, a 39YO guy spit on people at grocery store waiting line, yelling he was infected with the virus, so the Police came and smacked him down and jailed him >>.

ESO RECAP:
I finished all of Tamriel basic pack (15) and DLC plus pack (10) ... im only left with ClockCity & the ColdHarbor.
After those 2, i need to buy new DLC such as Elsweyr & Greymoor - hoping that, by then, the prices will drop !!!

well i completed clock city and cold harbour is 90% done... am i done too?
the only region i never did any dungeon or bosses or dwelves or quests is CRAGLON because i dont have a group.
so i pass my days farming, colecting, selling, and answering daily writs with crafts taken from board... bored zzzzzzz.

so ive created my 2º character - high elf / magicka / light armor /inferno staff & daggers / only LV2 but i though i could go to writs board and pick up a crafting quest??? (since my main character LV550 left many items at bank for that purpose)

ok, my second character LV12 is now certified and can do daily writs with the shared item bag
yet it must go fetch all the skyshards or pay crows for those already collected... darn!
so what happens at LEVEL 15? something special happens in skills or leveling?

At level 15, you unlock the ability to equip a second weapon and thus get your second hotbar on weapon swap.

QUESTION - GUILD SALE

well guild rejects my items or maybe prices everytime... twice today! grrr, no explanation just that guild sent back items in full (bless them for that LOL) do i need to swap guilds to one of those fancy populated ones, that require a fee and income weekly AKA earning coins for them / working for them? (as i barely manage to collect enough coins after a day of dungeons just to buy 1 reugh wax for my damaged armor) - please tell me if im doing this corectly:

1) i retrieve my items from stow bag and split in portions i wanna sale
2) i run tamriel trader app to see prices for 100 or 200 pieces of each item
3) i go to bank guild select my guild and add my items to sale list with price

...so how should the transation is from there on???
do i just receive money mail OR my asked price is debated prior OR a fee requested before transfer???

LV13 high elf / magicka / staff - my second character its getting boring and frustrating during basic craft writs AGRHH

no horse-speed nor money for lessons
no access to stow bag items when i have all i need in there
no recipies known and no money to buy them again
items needed far away that need skyshrine or 1/2H walk.

all this [snip], just to have second weapon when ill reach LV15?
what does a second or 10th character benefits the MAIN character?
all daily writs finished and delivered only benefits the character IN PLAY not my main, so....

You can just equip a second identical staff if you want, thus allowing you use all 10 skills/2 ultimates if you desire a little more variety.

Well...

Personally, I play a second character because I want to, usually because they are doing content in a different way than my main. My main is a magicka tank and healer, while my second character is a stealthy, speedy, stamina Damage Dealer who is set up to steal and farm mats. Making a 2nd character was worth it for roleplaying reasons and just avoiding the hassle of respeccing every time I want to farm mats.

If you want your second character to benefit your main, be prepared to invest some time and effort into it. If you want to do writs, you'll have to learn the crafting skills again. If you want to be a speedy farmer, you'll have to get the speed gear, etc. You'll probably need at least some skyshards to fill out skill lines, etc.

Now, the way I did it, I used my main to make leveling secondary characters easier. My main has the money to buy those recipes for my 2nd to learn so my 2nd can turn around and do writs. My main can buy the intricates so my 2nd can powerlevel crafting. My main can donate the money to get started on horse training. (And in return, my 2nd puts the money she earns from thieving and farming in the bank and my main takes all of it. Varanis Arano makes my other characters pay off their debts with interest

) There's no point in starting from scratch when my main has the resources to make it easier...unless you like that sort of challenge.

thank you!!! that was an eye opener info... since my second doesnt have cash or recipies to farm all writs i can use main level to deliver those in vault... recipies are missing, since i have the items in shared bag but they wont appear during crafting!

im frustrated that i have tons of money sleeping in my bag and i cant sale them in guild store... should have my dreugh wax bought by now LOL

For provisioning and alchemy writs, you can have your main crafter make the items and then put them in the bank for your alt character(s) to take out and turn in. That way you don't have to reacquire recipes for the new character(s), and if your main crafter has the passive to create more items in a batch, you can save some money on mats too.

Items you list will remain up for sale for 30 days. If they don't sell in that time, they are returned in the mail and you get your listing fee back. If they sell, you get the profit (minus 3.5% for ZOS' gold sink and 3.5% for the guild tax) in the mail.

Why your items aren't selling may be due to a number of reasons. Your prices might be too high. Your guild might be too out of the way. Its hard to guess what the issue is.

Generally, when I want to make a quick sale, I drop the price below what TTC is suggesting. It takes me some trial and error to find a good price where items sell quickly enough to suit me but I don't lose too much profit from selling too low.

If you do look for another guild, look for one who's requirements you can meet in the course of normal play. For example, I'm in a trading guild with a sales requirement of 25k a week. That seems high, but I can farm enough mats to make that in about an hour of farming Craglorn. Another guild I was in had a sales requirement of 5k a week. The right guild for you very much depends on how you like to play.

(Also, I suggest you wait on using dreugh wax to gold out your armor until you've hit the point of end-game group content where gold quality actually matters.)

besides doing the basic pack ESO quests, i also finished all the DLC i bough with ESO+ membership, so...
whats next? reaching the missing objectives in the diary journal (like open 1000 chests -or- kill 100 ice atronach)
apart passing all bosses, not fishing at all and not exploring Craglorn as a group, i reached all awards from storyline

since im a Nord and not a Breton, i could go out and purchase a heavy armor set to replace my medium Oblivion set
but it has to do with my role in Dungeon as a group - so if i can continue being a DD and not a TANK, all stays put.
as for weapons im a primary 2H bow with secondary 2H sword based all on Stamina DragonKnight now at CP590

if i change my armor to heavy i need to realocate all my Champion Points and redistribute them for Heavy Attacks
as for swapping to Tank role, that would implicate a Stamina/Magicka CP redistribution also... not to mention weapons!
i should have 1H sword + shield alongside a 2H staff... and those i never developed as skills - really deep changes.

im so far up the CP and so well synch with my bow & sword, that trying to learn a new set is scary to me... *sighs*

QUESTION - necklace research

so i got this necklace that is for research - as stated on its info sheet (see photo above) but i went to jewelry table and its not listed as researchable... NOTE: i did not wear it yet, of fear to bound it to me, then i coudnt resell it at highest price... should i wear once then use it at jewelry table?

or is it because im not at correct rank of jewelry crafting (usualy with a crafting motif - when i try to use it, ESO alerts me at upper rightside corner, that i didnt reach yet, a certain rank in crafting)

there no alert explanation popping-up nor an info in red telling me im not ranked yet... so im wondering why i was never able to disconstruct nor research a jewelry EVER... and im closing on CP600.
