Can someone translate this crash report?

Hey guys, so I have been running ESO just fine for about a week now, then all of sudden I get home from school and go to play and I get this error multiple times after clicking "Play". I tried updating my graphics card and that didn't work and I have tried re-installing the software as well. So if someone could help me out, that would be fantastic!

The Intel HD Graphics 4000 does do DX11. I'm playing ESO on one. It does okay (20-50 fps) on low-medium settings at resolutions < 1366x768. It can render high settings, but at < 10fps.

I ask because the settings are for a DX11 card D3D11 yet the card is listed as an HD Graphics 4000 normally a card used in laptops or motherboards.

If this is correct it looks like the game is confused and trying to use the wrong card, you may have to disable the onboard card to get the game to select the correct one, or have a look in the settings on the launcher as it starts before you hit the [Play] button to make sure it's using the correct card.

These reports are not actually showing or indicating what caused the error.
They are made so the developers can link specific crashes to specific hardware.

Your report tells the devs where you installed your game, the name of your PC and user account (yes it matters), your CPU type, GFX-type and model, aswell as windows and game-version.

Also nothing is wrong with your graphics card.
Person above me might have a good intention but the wrong idea.
The HD 4000 is capable of using DX11.1. Everything is fine with that.
