I've gotten this bug twice now, once yesterday and once today, in dungeons. Character is sprinting, I stop, my stam keeps draining until done fighting(started at the beginning of a boss fight both times). It also keeps me from casting certain skills. So like I can cast BoL, but not Regen, Springs, or Ritual. I've tried barswapping(didn't help) and since my stam is gone roll dodging isn't an option. Once boss dies my regen stops draining and all skills can be cast again.
