Buy one from guild traders or buy a potent nirncrux and ask someone to make one for you. I'm on PC/NA so I can't help you but I'm sure someone on xbox/EU can help.

I can craft it but they’re not hard to find from guild traders. Start in Mournhold then Elden Root, Wayrest, etc.
