Brae set and Mist Form

Ever since it was introduced, the Brae set has returned magicka if you crouch before entering Mist Form. I have raised this as a 'bug' in game... but it remains in the game so I'm assuming its an intended mechanic...

Assuming we see a toggle on Mist on PTS, meaning there would be no break in Mist every 4s, this set would allow the skill to be kept up for ages (i can get ~8 consecutive Mists on my 10.5k stam char, rather than just 2!). Please review this, and if this is set is providing an unintended counter to the mag recovery disable condition of Mist, then consider a work around - e.g. Mist forcing a character out of crouch when toggled.

A bug like that generally doesn't get fixed till word gets out and lots of people start exploiting it. By posting, you may force ZOS to finally do something.

And now it seems to be back?

Stage 1 vamp. Crouching and entering mist lets the 5 piece bonus tick.

Yep. Also, a "fix" almost always means nerfing a set to the ground, instead of fixing mist form or re-coding set effect. Kinda shame as I am using Brae set + Night Silence in IC to sneak past "pvp" griefers :|

It should be as simple as forcing you out of sneak when you activate mist. These kind of mechanics already exists in the game.

With the new "overcharged" status effect from magic damage applying minor-magikasteal this is starting to sound like a fun gimicky build.
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

When I speak here, I'm being literal, not sarcastic. What use is Bloodmist in pvp? Near as I can tell its useless. Unless you can sustain the cost while someone beats on you, how are you going to get your Hp back to full within the 6 seconds of stun immunity you receive after being hit by a legit pvpers stun burst execute combo? Lets just say you could get your Hp back to full w/ Darloc Brae and Bloodmist within 6 seconds, then your immunity wears off and they other player has had 6 seconds to reset buffs and line up another burst stun combo the second your stun immunity wears off. It doesn't seem like this set up is an exploit, just a delayed death as you become a target dummy for pvpers.

I'll tinker with it and see if anything can legit be worked out to make it viable, but it doesn't look like it as I think it thru.

Wow, I reread that, to clarify what I meant. Then enemy can stun/burst you again in 6 seconds, not that in 6 seconds they could take you out of Mist with a stun. The idea being that you could recover from their burst, heal up and counter burst back with 6 seconds before losing your stun immunity. Trying to accomplish that with a Bloodmist heal isn't possible, the incoming damage although reduced counters the bloodmist heal, and in the end your left without a heal, without a healthbar, and without resources. Your pretty much screwed if you put that skill on your bar. You can use it to line of sight the enemy, then heal with some other skill, but elusive mist is the way to go it that's what your doing.

Well, sometimes in pvp, if you delay an enemy for 6 or 12 or whatever seconds, you have accomplished your goal. Sure, killing them is best, but if delaying them helps being about an overall win, then I'm quite satisfied with that.
