Buying ESO Plus in a different country

I wanted to buy ESO plus on my main account on PlayStation but it uses a different currency as I moved from one country to another. I cant buy ESO plus for my main account due to me not being able to use my credit card to buy it cause of the different currency. What can I do to fix this? Please help!
