Berea not spawning in Evermore

Greetings all,
I and others waiting around for Berea in Evermore have not seen this NPC spawn in days now. I keep coming back and checking but no luck. If it were just me then I'd wonder but I've had a couple of folks who already have the executioner title tell me I'm looking in the right place but they can't' find her either.
Is anyone able to get the executioner title now or is there something up?

✭Are you on PC and do you use addons? Before someone get their undies in a knot I've had success with disabling all addons, the restarting the game to make an NPC that was missing appear when nothing else worked. Don't ask me why that did it because I haven't a clue, but it did.0 -

ThomasApRhysSoul ShrivenI've disabled addons and retried - no luck. Nothing works, still no Berea. I suppose someday I'll get my executioner title but it won't be anytime soon.0
