✭✭✭✭✭You are right, it does not include "inspiration" you get for crafting and deconstructing gear / Intricate gear.
As far as I can tell it never did, as you are not gaining "experience" when crafting / deconstructing but an "inspiration", meaning that you will never level-up a character by crafting / deconstructing gear.
As far as I can tell the only way to boost crafting is "Inspiration Boost" CP passive

✭✭✭✭✭It's always been that way, @Mofasa, for the six years I've played the game.
Which makes sense ... we wouldn't want ourselves passively leveling our crafting skills with non-crafting combat or questing XP.
