Hello,
I bought some crowns today and I still have not received them. (PC-NA) So far it's been over eight hours. I asked some guild members and they are not experiencing similar delays.
I can see the purchase on my credit card. What is causing this delay?

Might not hurt to post your ticket number in the General Help forums ... and be sure you follow up on the first canned e-mail response from Support.1
