Light attacks and heavy attacks have stopped working (Razer Synapse problem? or something else?)

Never saw this problem before in all these years: Light attacks (LA) and heavy attacks (HA) stopped working today. Left mouse button (used for LA and HA inputs) works with all other programs, as well as ESO menus, but left mouse button is not initiating LA or HA. I bound the "Attack" function to a different key (G key), but pressing G still did not initiate LA or HA. Tried /reloadui but this did not fix. Tried quitting and restarting game, but this did not work. Tried restarting computer, but this did not work. Could this be an issue with the Razer Synapse software for the mouse? Or is it an issue with ESO? I have seen players talk about this problem in the past, but never experienced it personally before today.

One other data-point: When I swapped to a different character light-attacks and heavy-attacks worked. So LA and HA work with one character, but not the other character. I guess that eliminates the Razer Synapse software as the problem?

Had this problem with Razer Naga, reload ui should help you in that situation. Don't know the source of the issue tho

One last data-point: The other gamer in my house logged to their account on my computer . . . and light-attacks and heavy-attacks work as they should. So, it is just one character on my account that no longer has the ability to light-attack or heavy-attack (in spite of repeated game re-starts). All other characters on my account, and the characters on another's account using my computer, work just fine.

I think I had some heavy/light attacking issues when one of the Psijic skills were slotted. It has been a while, I could be wrong.
