Question about "Hall of Lunar Champion" house

Hi,
I've got the house in subject after the full zone quest in Elsweyr with my main pg. Now I've created a Necro which is starting in the same zone and so he is doing the same quest.
Since all char of my account can access to the houses of the account, what the necro will get at the completation of that main zone quest?

Once earned or purchased or gifted, all characters have access to all houses that you have on your account. Any furniture you get on one Alt is available to all alts or seen by all alts once placed.
Yes, it does seem weird that a new character would get a "reward" prior to completing content. Although, it is just as weird to me that a new character does DLC content before the main game story. But, that is a discussion for another thread.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
