Totally Broken Now

For the last 3 days whenever i have ran into more than 10 people in any location the client has crashed out/ive been logged out to log in screen.
Today apparently i dont even have a valid internet connection (im posting this by magic).
I can play other online games fine and i testedmy internet speed using BT's (British Telecom) speed tester and all is fine
Anyone else facing such issues

Yes, game kicked me out several times tonight, some crashes on loading screens, infinite loading screens, or just straight to the login screen with no error message. Also ping spikes and ability lag are at an all time high (varies spending on if you get lucky with an instance).

Same here with internet connection working fine for everything else, and everyone in my group has been experiencing the same issues, so it’s pretty clear where the problem lies.

I’m with virgin media in the uk and it’s the worst performance I’ve ever had. Doubt it’s my internet it’s never a problem with any other game. I uninstalled ESO yesterday and cancelled ESO+. They are totally taking the *** and the fact that they have not acknowledged the issues or even tell us what they think is wrong and the fact that the game is 6 years old is just frustrating. It’s sad because it’s actually a very enjoyable combat game but the performance is just too much for me now.

I used to be with Virgin years ago and faced a similar problem when playing WoW , i even thought they were applying some kind of throttling to my connection so i switched to BT. I recently switched (due to BT outrageous pricing) to another isp and this situation feels like the Virgin one BUT i can log onto and play ANY OTHER online game absolutely fine.
I cannot this morning even log into ESO cant get past the charcter screen maybe its this event thing but the last 3 days been abosolutley horrible.
Run upto a grp of players in cyrodil , desynch , slide show, no skills going off, everyone stops , kicked to log in.
This even happened in stormhaven when i got fed up and tried to do undaunted dailys.
Ran upto quest givers, all the players appeared on the screen, i got booted

I’ve played wow for most of its latest expansion over the past 2 years and I’ve not had any issues there. With ESO there’s a new level of performance issues for me. It actually feels like it’s been abandoned or what ever time and money it takes to invest into looking at it is being ignored. I very much doubt the developers even know how to fix it their work experience is truly showing here
