Aren't we able to change campaign at end for free?

Both Gray Host and Blackreach just ended in the early morning (Australia time).

I wanted to put one toon into Blackreach. This toon is presently in Gray Host.

I thought we could do so at no cost whent he camapigns end?

Is anyone able to answer the question please: are we supposed to be able to swap campaign at no cost at the end of your present campaign?

When you select a new 'home' campaign, you get an option to switch now for a fee, or free at the end of the campaign. For the locked campaign, all the opposing alliance must already be removed from it before you can get the option to join.

This toon is homed in Gray Host. I wanted to move her to Blackreach.

Both campaigns had just ended hours earlier.

I was under the belief the change should have been free and immediate.

You have to select the new home campaign before it ends, then wait it out. In your screenshot, if would have selected the 2nd option the cost would show 0.

I 'solved' it though by using the 2x XP event to level a stamsorc. She'll be my Blackreach toon.
