PC/EU unexpected lag occuring outside of cyrodill since 23rd March 2020

After last mini patch when I log into game I have insanely high latency out of cyrodiil. As we all know cyrodiil is broken and unplayable due to lag I accepted this but what is wrong the outside? At the mornings 150-160 latency and at the evenings 250-300. Last week I had approx. 90 latency outside of cyro. but now it feels like I'm trying to connect from Australia to server.

Note: All other programs that have possible internet consumption were off. So its not my connection problem.

Been having the same issues. My avarage ping has easily increased by 20-30% the last few days.

I've been having greatly increased ping ever since U25 launched, but since last week it's insane. Latency meter is red 100% of the time, with ping in the 350-600 range. In PvE areas...

Before U25 my ping in the same locations was in the 80-150 range, most typically right around 100-120.

Exactly the same issue here. Did lots of testing to check my own system, but the important things to note are these:

I live in the UK so my server I main is PC/EU, where until yesterday I usually had a stable ping of about 67. Now I have 180-200 at all times, with spikes every 1-2 minutes of 800-999+. Lag feels worse than that though, It takes multiple seconds of me holding the sprint button for the game to even register that I pressed it, and it is taking 5-10 seconds just to open doors. I mainly play veteran trials (and run some groups) and at the moment the game is unplayable for this reason, I can't even participate in the trials I organise.

Only some people are experiencing this so it isn't a server-wide issue or related to the event but perhaps for some people we are routing through a server(s) which is at diminished capacity/performance? I know it isn't my internet/pc/installation demonstrated by one main reason - my PC/NA connection is completely unchanged and works fine.

I think this is gonna continue until Greymoor chapter release if they don't ruin anything else.

same. Also it is random. I can port to location and get ok ping (80-100), then port to another location and get 250+ ping for no reason, even if there is no one around.
