Maintenance for the week of April 6:
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – April 8, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EDT (22:00 UTC)
We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

You need to let people just gift houses

Having to deal with unreliable customer service turnaround, especially for homes that are only available for a limited time is asinine. Just let people gift them like you can with everything else on the store. A friend is trying to gift me the forgemaster house, and the CS rep that got the ticket didn't even read it and gave him a canned response about how to gift crown store items.

This not acceptable. Change it.

I agree but I'd rather they'd first have houses costing less as many are well over $100 and I own several manors.

They allowed it at first, but there was a problem with accessing the purchase screen after you already owned the house. So they just removed the option instead of keeping access to the purchase window.

Canned responses are automated, reply to them to get a real person.

How about an auction for a couple of these houses? Sorta like an ESO Ebay type of thing. I'd bid on one.

They should just put them for sale for Gold, it is sickening to see all these houses there mocking me because I cannot own them, I want Wraithhome, I want Hunter's Glade but I cannot have either because they were limited Crown Store homes.

The first ticket reply to you is a "canned" response. You have 4 days IIRC to reply, saying something like "That didn't help my situation; this is what I'm trying to do." Then detail exactly (again) what you need to do. The next reply should be from a real person.

So rather than fix the crown store they just broke the whole thing? Wtaf? Are they trying to lose money?

Now THAT would be a fantastic idea!

Imagine if some of the elite housing decorators were able to put houses that they have designed on the "open" market?

I'm horrible at decoration and would LOVE the opportunity to purchase one from a fellow player. Some of the houses that players come up with truly are breathtaking!

There are several players that will decorate your homes for you. You of course have to purchase the home and stack all the furniture so they can grab it then they work their magic.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

I actually had a couple people ask me if I was going to start doing this.

Even real person responses from customer service are very often canned. AND very often wrong in some way the first time around.
Like when I asked something about Hirelings and they cut and pasted me something about Cyrodiil campaign rewards.
