Got stuck under textures at Cyrodil - /stuck does not work

I've been fighting boss and some mobs in Haynote Cave, Cyrodil, PC EU, 30day CP and after some combinations of NPCs attack (fear from ghost and probably swipe from flesh atronach) my alt was thrown under textures. Either use of /stuck or attempt to change campaign for IC result in forced logout. I'm also unble to send bug report from this alt to cutomer service - result is the same: logout.

Alamakot✭✭✭I've released my char finally by waiting till in the evening fraction become pop locked and there's que to enter Cyrodil -in such case chars parked at Cyro are removed to previous, non AvA location.
But imo is not fine to be stuck and be unable to deal with0
