Does the Minor Lifesteal from Leeching Vines proc the resource return from Nature’s Gift or the major mending from Accelerated Growth?

I ask because that would make it much more likely to proc those passives than Living Trellis. Vines will usually be cast on you in PvP. But Living Trellis on you doesn’t proc Nature’s Gift at all, since as far as I’m aware self-healing doesn’t proc Nature’s Gift. If the Minor Lifesteal from Leeching Vines procs Nature’s Gift, then that could provide a lot of resource return, because you’d get resource return anytime teammates are damaging someone that has damaged you.

Meanwhile, obviously self healing from Living Trellis can proc major mending from Accelerated Growth. But if Minor Lifesteal healing can proc Accelerated Growth too, then you’re likely to get much more uptime on major mending, for the sheer reason that it’s more likely that you OR your teammates will be below 40% health and damaging someone with the minor lifesteal on than it is that just you will be below 40% health and damaging someone with the minor lifesteal on.

It seems to me that, if the minor lifesteal procs these passives, then Leeching Vines is probably the better option than Living Trellis for group PvP or BG’s if you’re slotting Arctic Wind anyways (and therefore don’t need a burst heal).
