After a battle, not every one, but some, I suddenly cannot run, walk, or even ride my horse at normal speed. It acts like I'm encumbered until I exit and log back in. I've tried switching between walk and run to try and fix it. Even my horse is slower and I noticed my sprinting doesn't do anything while the affect is happening.
Is there a quicker way to fix it?

✭✭✭✭✭Happened to me once - PC EU - feels like walking in jelly - slow motion and hardly any distance made per step. Happened unrelated to combat though - was just updating my outfit with new colors before.0 -

if not then you have to force a restart of game to let it reset your characters speed to normal.0
