Do you have a comical character?

The facts are clear. The Jesters Festival is fast approaching, and there may not be enough Scintillators for everyone. In these uncertain times there is only one question to ask:

Do you have a character designed to make you or others laugh? Perhaps it uses the broom weapon, or the drunk personality, or a stick mount, or whatever floats your fancy.

I do, but has nothing to do with jester's festival. I just made that character to act as a mule for long term storage. This was before storage chests were even an option.

Too bad I don't like the Idle pose of the Jester it would be great if we can mix personalities, e.g. Drunk Idle with Jester walk/run.

I have characters with sort of tounge-in-cheek names. My drunk personality Nord named Nedes'more Mead because I thought it sounded vaguely lore friendly while also giving me a chuckle. My crafter is a little Bosmer girl with red hair and I knew I'd be gearing her with speed in mind for getting around quickly, so I named her Little Red Corvette after the Prince song of the same name.

There's others but that's a couple of my personal favorites.

Nothing like overly comical though, cause adventuring is serious business.

Any non min-max, non cookie-cutter build is most certainly a comical character. Since racial passives are so specialized you're just gonna do laughable DPS if you're not playing with certain races. So "play how you want" has an added sentence which would be "and be a comical character!".

I'd say racial passives should have very minimal impact, especially now that DPS is through the roof once again.

My Necros all have names that amuse me. I have Tiny Mancer, Rhiannamator, Morticia Addems and the Corpseys, Haim and Feldman.

One day, can't remember which strain caused it but I was a 12 year old and named a red haired DK Scarlett Firebush (if you Google it, only use 1 "t").

I named characters Petty Thievery and Drunken Brawls on both servers. I had an Argonian named A Good Bandit Raid but he was not much fun to play and was sent to the Void to serve Sithis.

Um, the song "little red corvette" is not about a car......lolz. ...but it's still a great song.

Yeah I know, but, name still fits.

I was originally going to name her after the Beastie Boys song "She's Crafty" which is not about making weapons and armor and alchemical concoctions lol. There's definitely a theme there is what I'm saying.

No, but many of my characters might on occasion do something comical.
I much prefer it that way... have my "roleplaying" characters that (depending on their personality) go for comical fun now and then... dress up now and then... do silly things now and then...

And IF I ever wanted to make a "comical" character... I would want to make it a very pale maormer with green hair, a lanky build and a vicious sense of humor dressed in green and purple clothes and wait until someone gets it and beats me up in PvP wearing a bat themed outfit... sadly, green-haired maormer are not (yet) a character option, so...

I don't. I have lots of characters, all of them built depending on faction (which I really really hate as a game mechanic - but it is what it is, so....) and the name, look, and backstory that happen before I ever create them.

"Comical" is nothing I do ever. Jester's event is just for extra xp for my characters.

Southern Belle that "accidentally" killed her long time husband with her cooking.

She was attempting to increase her culinary skills with foraging.

Marietta'Darlin lives alone, missing her Hubby, but sometimes not.

For some odd reason (which she can not understand being a very good cook) she is always hungry.

Um, not really, but my char does sometimes run around in costumes, and colours, some people don't approve of.

    For example, this:

    vDdDm3Z.png

Which is a dye stamp from a previous Jester's Festival and to me, is just reminiscent of a beautiful sunset (hence the location of the pic).

However, to some other people (out of context) it can, apparently, seem a bit garish.

    Oh well...
