Quality of Life request:
Now that we can bank AP, having these be character bound doesn't make sense anymore. Can we simply make them bound so that we can bank them?
With how crazy inventory can be now, I'd rather take up one bank space that a slot on several different characters holding a couple each.

True, but I already have sigils on various guys, some of them I don't even pvp with anymore much, so would be nice to store them.-- @xaraan --
