They removed group que for BG.

yeah well sucks to be you. and me. and the other dozens of posters that asked for this change not to happen on the pts forum.
it isn't broken - this is intentional. the dev note said this was to gather data. could be permanent, could be reverted, could see an additional group queue. we don't know.
cyrodil can be fun with friends, but I miss BGs. I've not set foot in one since the change and don't plan to. I solo que'd plenty before, but my inability to play once in a while with a friend has made me totally uninterested in participating in whatever 'data collection' is going on.
I am not sure what Zenimax's plan is for eso pvp, or if there is one. I wish I did know.8 -

RD065✭✭✭✭They should allow 2 people to go in together. The problem was with the 4 man/woman premades and going against a premade is not fun.4 -

team is thinking about reintroducing a group queue for battlegrounds. situation is monitored atm.

The situation now is an ‘experiment’. ZOS are watching what goes on and actively looking for considered feedback.
If enough players make it clear that they want group BGs, they are likely to try to implement it. If they don’t get the feedback they will be less likely to do it.1 -

Go to uni, study to develop games, make your own eso battlegrounds with solo queues and premade queues and queue.

Solo would be way more popular.
Just allow duos as well. Avoid the problems of having a second queue and allow some social play in BGs while avoiding the imbalance of 4 man premades.“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”1 -

✭✭✭✭Looks like group play is not allowed in this MMO. So to hell with us and our spouses/SOs/best friends/siblings, BGs are only for randos who don't want to actually play as a team.
By the way, they didn't even fix the real issue. It's still getting uneven team numbers. So not only did ZOS give a huge middle finger to the social aspect of the game but they also failed to repair the more fundamental problem of 2 vs 3 vs 4, etc.2 -

Maybe a premade queue will be implemented for premade teams to compete against other premades but it's more fun and fair right now for randoms vs. randoms.2

Some people think they are being cute or even entertaining suggesting something is broken even though they know it is working as intended. I think they are aware since they commented about playing a single-player game.2 -
Kittytravel✭✭✭✭✭Most likely they are checking if it is worth them creating separate que's for grouped VS solo based on MMR. If they notice a significant average decrease in MMR ranking per player in solo BGs then they know a large amount of the experience was due to groups having too much of an advantage; in that case they will likely make group queue BGs and solo-only queue like many other PvP games have.
If not they will just re-enable the feature knowing it makes little difference.0 -

I dont really understand what you mean. We play the game because we love elder scrolls and because we want to play together. We enjoy pvp the most and dont have time for cyrodiil. We spent 90% of our time ingame in BGs. Now we cant so we'll just spend our time doing other stuff then playing. Zos wants feedback and this is what we have done.0 -

BNOC✭✭✭✭✭Group q, inclusive of 2 man-4 man groups needs to exist as a stand-alone feature away from solo q. And hopefully it will at some point.
2 man should not be included with solo, I can queue with a pocket healer, never die and do 3M damage a game. That’s a game ruined for 10 others that never had a chance.
Let alone when it was that pocket healer and 3 equally experienced dps
