it's frustrating that crowns adn eso plus do, but upgrades like any race, any alliance or the imperial edition dont. store brought items or items acquired in crown crates along with crown gems should carry over. I think others will agree, that it's not very fair when you pay for a upgrade on one server, but it doesnt move over to the other.
