PVE all sorta feels the same to me at this point, but I'd say Mag Sorc because they use more "in-class" abilities making them feel more unique as a class. This is a bigger problem with Stamina PVE DPS in general, but I still like Stam Sorc better(biased). Hurricane + Crit Surge is very fun to me.

Mag Sorc offers Minor Prophecy, an aoe Damage Synergy and a Major Berserk Synergy for your team. Stam Sorc only really brings the Major Berserk Synergy, unless you're Dark Dealing every 20 seconds for Minor Prophecy, but this will reduce your dps and doesn't benefit you directly. Mag Sorc can offer those 3 things effortlessly as a part of their rotation.

Mag Sorc can also offer great off-healing too via their Matriarch pet, one of, if not the strongest heal in the game for PVE/PVP.

In PVP, Stam Sorc is much more engaging to me. I prefer melee, brawling and speed playstyles in games so Stam Sorc covers that entirely. Mag Sorc has good speed, but it lacks the melee/brawling aspect. The "Pew Pew" playstyle is less interesting to me and is why I don't enjoy Mag Sorc as much.

Stam Sorcs are and have always been underdogs, Mag Sorcs are and have always been very popular for new and vet players. (#nerfMAGsorc) :D .

It depends what you find important, but those are my takes.

Fun DPS and survivability sounds like magsorc... Someone jumps on you? Break free and then cast streak 15 times in a row so that you end up half the map away. Someone stole your elder scroll? Spam streak on their entire group and stun lock them until your buddies can catch up.

That's my limited experience is all; I just know most Magsorcs in Cyrodiil can leave whenever they want and no one can do anything about it 90% of the time.

Whenever I play with other magicka class I miss my streak, greatest mobility on mag classes

Also if you stack some stamina around 15-16k with some nice recovery + shields + matriarch

    You can rp as immortal

Mothers Sorrow pretty much a must if you want high crit
Then using Shadow Mundus for more crit
Pairing it with something like Burning spellweave or Julianos whichever is more available to you, if you have dlc False god's set
    Also spell crit potions
+ Psijic skill channeled acceleration gives 10% more crit

    I reach about 94% crit
I know people reach higher but that is because I am lazy person who does not upgrade to gold and not serious about pve :D

    Good luck!

Also I know its name is misleading a bit but Critical surge does not increase critical damage, it increases spell damage and gives back heals whenever you hit critically.
Which is still cool, if you have high crit you pretty much heal yourself all the time.

For fun i think magicka sorc and i really enjoy my first still just level 11 magicka sorc, but to PVP i think maybe It would be easier with Stamsorc cause the dark deal, hurricane+Crirical Surge and the Executioner of 2H. In magicka sorc boundless storm its too short the radius and has no execute, making more difficult to kill (with dyzzing, bound armaments, hurricane and finally Executioner looks easier) :S

Entirely subjective answer. I have both stamina and magicka and played them a lot in both PvE and PvP. I'd say overall magicka has more flexibility and some really easy setups for beginners. Stamina uses mostly generic skills since you only have one class stamina morph - Hurricane.

Yes, i have been watching skills in ESO Skills. But what do you think would be "easier" to survive un PVP? Its my first time in PVP, i used to be healer and tank. In YouTube vids looks like Stamsorc its "easier" to survive. "Easier".

Depends on your experience. Expect to be killed quite often at first. First learn the class in PvE, against progressively harder enemies, then go to PvP. If you just jump in there you have no chance. Even if you're experienced at ESO PvP in general switching classes is harder. Stamina Sorcerer and Magica Sorcerer are 2 very different play styles in PvP.

Yes, i know i Will be death mostly all the time, for that reason im trying to find a build that let me learn better cause some times i went to Cyrodill to get Resolving Vigor or else doing quest to Alliance points, when a player watched me i died within two or three seconds and that way learn its more difficult jaja

Stam Sorc if you're experience and use mobility and LOS as defense and just want to smash people to smithereens.
Mag Sorc if you're not so good yet. Self Heal is much easier as mag sorc and you can be more of a hard to kill rock.

Under current lag conditions I'd say magsorc, even though I x-ed stam sorc. I think Stam Sorc is stronger (in bgs).
