Framerate issues after a recent windows update?

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, but earlier today (03/14) I had a windows update that seemed to cause my ESO performance to take a massive dive.
Before the update today I did have my regular 60-100 fps in Cyro/Elsweyr but after my Windows update my game is pretty much unplayable, I am no where near an expert on helping PC performance but I am hoping someone might be able to help.
