Daily Dungeon reset?

So yesterday i noticed that dungeon daily reset at around 18:30, today it reset at 15:00, and if i am not mistaken the usual time of the reset was like 10:00? So what is going on?

If you mean the purple bonus for your daily random dungeon, it has a 20 hour cooldown after you got it. So when it resets depends on when you last ran it.
If you mean the pledges, they should reset at the same time always. Haven't paid attention to it recently though.2 -

The pledges reset kinda early to mid-morning EU time depending on where you live. That should put it not long after midnight in NA. About that last time I checked.0 -
