Block mitigation /Block cost in crafting?

Forgive me if I'm mistaken.
I was doing my writs today when I moved my cursor over the icons were you craft bigger things, and I noticed that on the clothing station it said "Block Mitigation" and on the blacksmithing one it said "Block Cost"
Is this a bug or am I just slow?

✭I always LA weave when doing my writs - craft with 1 button just to see if it updated the U.I. - then do multiple presses to see if it is actually doing multiple combos.

Not sure I understood you. I tried to click on them a few times but they both said it
What I mean is that when I did my writs, on the icons that would normally say blueprints or whatever it said "Block Mitigation" (on clothing) and "Block Cost" (on blacksmithing)
