Actually, I can honestly say the performance has improved. I can actually see the enemies and fight them instead of trying to dodge the hits.

I agree although I'm still having issues especially in cyrodiil some are game related and hopefully the next maintenance patch will fix these I am also having some issues with loss of screen, I believe those are my computer, not the game. I have much better fps and for the most part, latency is lower than in the past other than in the game-related issues we all have had. I just thought the stress kit would help those who still hold the view that all issues are the games fault.

But what should have been better after the patch - parallel execution of effects - is now causing extreme stutter as soon as there are a few people around. So this isn't anything near to what it was intended to achieve.

TBH I don't know.
I some aera is better in other (like grath wood) it's worse..

So far for me, no real change, some aera still have problem.
But not bad enough to make it unplayable for me, it's just some fps drop time to time but rarely under 30.

why is it that everytime a dlc/chapter is released or about to be released, the performance hits the floor and you start getting crazy 100+ ping and -30 fps at all times? such a wonky engine they have
