What is the windmill milling?

It has no milling mechanism attached, it's basically a decorative pinwheel with an empty space underneath... and massively expensive... disappointed.
It should at least look as though it is grinding grain or something. It is currently the only thing in game that isn't grinding in some way...

✭This is a modern Alinorian Windmill - it has the newest magicka technology and can work without mer and beasts. The area you can't enter? That's where the most hygienic milling EVER happens. The wheat is teleported there, the flour is teleported out. Alinorian Mages guild holds the patent rights for that, hence the high price.
And players need all that flour for housing - what else could we use to make our lumps of decorative wax look edible?^^PC/EU11 -

✭the game has magick, daedra, gods like Hircine, FLAPS, it is literally based on "un-realism".
I always shake my head if people then focus on such details of "unrealism" like with the mill.
I actually prefer it like that, as you can use it in a variety of contexts like that.
Decorative in a park, or adding a purpose by using material that indicates the context, like wheed from the witches festival.
You even could add a "transport-mechanism" to the top, in the simplest case 4 planks forming a tiny "elevator", or an orcish basket, it has a metres long rope ( use several of those in earthtear cavern as ropes to hold floating wooden platforms).
I will add a screenshot in 10 minutes with a "context" way.3 -

Used to fill the golden nirncrux bucket.
This certainy can be done with more love for the detail, but I run out of slots, so keep it simple.
The golden nirncrux buckets are placed leading down to the water, and placed on small boats.
Context: the mill processes the nirncrux, and it then is sold elsewhere.
I left a traditional "manual" nirncrux grinder at the beach, so people understand the process how nirncrux is processed.

Why stop there? Think bigger outside the box. Windmills should actually be FUNCTIONAL static assets. Which let you craft raw items like wheat/rye and other grains for Provisioning and alchemy.
Which btw, has been possible courtesy of the free SkyFalls and SkyMills mod which animates all existing windmills and waterfalls in the game world. Or better yet, the functional 3D windmill mod. Both of which you can download into your mods folder for Skyr----
