Revert the Alert - "Queue pop" change

Doesn't sound as commanding when a queue pops anymore.
Initial pop sounds more like when you miss a queue now.

Granicus✭✭✭Yes. And I don’t like it. Especially as long as the wait can be it’s definitely going the wrong way to get people’s attention. I also think it contributes to the frequent group forming failures since they “fixed” the Group Finder. I rarely have a formed group on the first try (referring to Pledge PUG groups).
I don’t know who thought to change the alert sound was a good idea, but it’s just more of the typical Fail ...PC/NA

✭What it should sound like is: a bag of chips being eaten, a loud cough, someone talking obnoxiously, heavy breathing, and maybe a bong bubbler sound. That way we're prepared when we're forced onto voice chat anyway when we spawn in.3 -

A great idea! Let people add/choose their own sound files for such things.
Perhaps the sound byte of “Leeeeeeerrrrrooooyyy Jenkins!” for queue pop alert to get you ready! (j/k)PC/NA

Granicus✭✭✭It’s definitely contributing to GF issues and delays in queuing. People can’t hear it, then it quickly disappears to Notifications, which also can be easily overlooked. That’s not counting the issues of the frequent group forming failures such that you get multiple “someone declined” statuses in rapid succession (within 20-30 seconds. It’s not working properly and the alert changes are exacerbating the issue.PC/NA

✭✭✭Missed a few queues tonight because I was on my phone and the alert was just too subtle.
Please revert this to the old alert or make it more commanding.
I also noticed if a queue pops when i am changing zones, the alert does not display in the center of the screen. It does still display in the top right corner and in the menu though. That's another thread though lol.0 -
