I cant find an enchanting vendor that doeant scale with my character, but I want to enchant lower level crafted gear for a friend. How do I buy/craft lower level glyphs? (Level 10-20 range)

The vendor in Craglorn sells them all for sure, that's where I go if I run out of a low level... I thought they all did though?XB1 NA
Your nerf suggestion is dumb. Learn to counter other players instead of having the game rebuilt to your ability level.5 -

✭✭The vendors don't sell glyphs at lower levels, but they always sell all levels of potency stones. I think the plausible alternatives are either give your friend the required gold and walk them through buying things, or make the glyphs directly for them (this is what I'd do). If you don't have any characters at all leveled in enchanting then you'd have to find someone else to help.5

Go to any crafting area, such as Vivec City, find the enchanter, buy the potency glyphs, bring your own essence and aspect runes, craft what you want at up to any level you can craft at.Member of Alith Legion: https://www.alithlegion.com1 -
xWarbrain✭✭✭✭✭I read OP wrong, I was referring to all levels of essence runes, not usable glyphs, sorry. If any vendor sells them, they are likely made with Ta and you'd be better off crafting your own.XB1 NA
