✭Not happy - reasons whyHorrible lag, froze, skills cast all cost 1 sec and lag, no more animation cancelling possible, broken block, can’t swap bar in time, combat experience is horrible. Contents are lazy and nothing much to play or be impressed, no creativity found. Grapple was introduced Q3 2019 already. Bosses are copy and paste from other places.

✭✭✭My pve/open world experience so far:
On EU server:
a) Loading screens were noticeable faster after the 1st loading screen - 1st char loading was a long one.
b) Black jumpsuits still appear at populated areas like Vivec City crafting area but they appear for less time since loading it's a bit faster than before.
c) Skills don't fire properly (sometimes it's more noticeable) and sometimes I also had some difficulty swapping between bars, I guess its depending on the amount of data since it doesn't always happen in the same conditions.
d) No blue screens or crashes, only some desync music/sound related to actions performed (severe desync doesn't happen all the time but at some points).
e) After travelling to some way shrines on different areas, fps rate dropped a lot.
I will try some dungeons today, including the new ones. I will also jump a bit into Cyro, at EU prime time, to check how it runs with a populated server.
On NA server, my experience was very similar to EU but just with a bit more lag. No performance problems to speak of, at this time. Mainly due to limited time spent in the game, and when I am, leveling a new character through the Morrowind-Clockwork-Summerset story. IRL sucks.

I haven't noticed any performance improvements, on the contrary, it's actually worse.

✭Not happy - reasons why1. I used to think "hey, nowhere to go but up — there's no way performance can get any worse!" Then the "performance update" dropped.
2. I used to tell myself "well, magblade can only get better from here, right?" Then they broke cloak again, so now the most garbage class in the game is just a little more garbo.

I havent done the dungeons because I am a PvP player and not much interest in them
So I can not say anything about content
Performance wise, as a Cyrodiil player I am displeased & disappointed.
Edit: Forgot to add the reason. Because first week went with crashes so there was no stable or continuous war going on.
Second week crashes were fixed and lag got worse.
As if one is fixed the other goes bad. As if both can not be fixed at the same time...
Skills or LA do not fire, you also randomly got booted from the server at times.
It is no exaggeration that your character makes the moves but looks like dancing around yet nothing happens.
Or gap closers are so delayed that you end up behind the enemy instead.

The balance changes are okay, but the Block changes are atrocious.
