UI Glitch - Using a Potion & Skills Costs

When using any potion, the UI appears to show invalid costs for skills for 5-10 seconds:
It doesn't actually provide a decrease in the costs though (too bad lol).
Happens on Xbox, not sure of other platforms. This glitch was occurring before today's patch so it is not related to that.
On a side note, this is the sustain Magblade needs lol!
