ESO Console update

I know that we got alot of bugs, UI errors and so forth on PC and was truly hoping they would work out these issues before the console update went live. No I'm not gonna quit, no I'm not gonna cancel my ESO plus "I need my crafting bag" but I'm honestly disappointed truly I am and I have heard of other bugs in PVE land as well but I still need to farm a few sets so guess I'll be seeing those soon as well. But honestly for people that play magic classes does this Stamina bug effect you all more or less?

It's weird, it's like it is recovering "in the background", but you can't use it until you use a pot, or swap bars!!

What makes me worried the most is even if I jump on a magicka class and if I block and get low on stam what if i cant CC break or think my Stamina is good and its showing i have it but still cant since it's not showing the correct amount of Stamina

Yeah, I'm screwed as soon as I run out of Stam when outnumbered.

Maybe this is why they came out with those auto-break free sets...they knew they broke stam recovery

Well, I chuckled a bit when I found out previously of the big or major improvements to come. What the heck, I figured, I'll give the good folks at ZOS land a bit of credit. So, for the few hours I was able to put in today, here're what I have experienced:

- it blue screen crashed on me during the first minute on my character screen just shortly after logging in. However, that was the only time it crashed.
- still have a bit of lagging after coming out from a wayshrine, but not too much.
- Don't see weapon dragging under the feet, but it seems, instead, the weapon doesn't swap. I ported through a wayshrine with my backbar staff and upon coming out of the other side, I tried swapping to my front bar staff, but it was stuck with the back bar staff still. Now, it was appearance only and the skills did swapped while the staff did not. It would reset after porting again or going through a door with loading screen. This happened intermittently.
- I was penalized for 60 minutes from leaving the group at the beginning of a random dungeon. It hasn't started, but wow.. 60 minutes. Ha ha ha. This might be a glitch.
- Seems skills execution are lagging a bit while you in dolmen with a bunch of other players, but not too bad.

Overall, it's ok. Thus far, I don't see any major difference or improvement with gameplay or combat mechanics. However, graphic-wise and overall details and designs still look good. The toons or characters still look great. It still a good game and you all at ZOS land keep on trying and keep up the good work. Will check back on you guys in a few months or so for some updates and entertainments.

God damn I can't believe they acknowledged this bug but didn't fix it before console release... I went to duel today to test some builds and skills were delayed with many not firing at all. I can't believe we held out for this. I just uninstalled, I might try again in several weeks but right now it's just embarrassing to play this game.

There is no motivation that ZOS improve the game IF YOU KEEP PAYING PLUS no matter how WORSE the game currently !

I cancelled plus since Nerfmire , try to live with it , ADAPT !

I'm using Xbox One X. I prepaid for Greymoor but all I got for $60.00 was a screenshot of the title page. No actual game. I should learn to NEVER prepay for anything Bethesda ever again. No indication on the map of any new locations. No courier approaching me to point me in a particular direction of gameplay. I even thought that if I traveled to Eastmarch that there was be some indication or direction in which to start the new add-on. NOTHING!!!

Apparently ... that was $60.00 straight down the drain. And I'm sure there's no way of getting my money back. I guess I got a $60.00 horse and a red bug. Whoopie!!!

This is a serious let down. As a primary stam PvPer, this definitely makes me question my desire to play.

I usually try to be pretty positive around here, but I gotta say, WTF ZOS? You created so many problems with this patch on PC, then, with all of them identified, pushed this patch live to consoles too?

There needs to be more frank commentary from y'all regarding the problems this update has created. Responding to random forum posts here and there is not going to put your players at ease. There need to be an article about all the problems, your current understanding of their causes and your plans to fix them. This patch has shaken the communities confidence in ZOS as a developer.

Greymoor release date is june.

This update is Harrowstorm, just 2 dungeons.

Real talk from casual overland PvE player:

No blue screens so far. Yay.

Load screens seem as abysmally long as ever. Meh.

Silhouette people phase in sorta faster. Okay.

New main screen and music are lovely.

The guild roster jumping around like a jumping bean has got to be fixed. Did see that acknowledged in another thread, so thank you from a GM having a hard time with roster updates due to this. Not sure I’m a fan of the new way promotions are presented as well, but I’ll get used to it.

Biggest issues that are new problems and super-annoying:

1. NPC chat appearing in text chat box. Why? Seriously, why? This was not a thing before. Cannot figure out how to turn it off. Trying to do a dungeon and keep up with the actual group text chat vs the NPC chat spam was awful. Please remove this or give us the ability to turn it off. Nobody asked for this feature and it is terribly disruptive.

2. Three guildmates and I did Unhallowed Grave tonight. I have never experienced this before, but after first fight encounter, I could not loot, change weapons, put away my weapon, or interact with anything. I was afraid I would need to reboot my PS4 or power cycle my modem (loss of interaction sometimes signals an imminent loss to server or Internet for me). One group member suggested /reloadui thankfully and that fixed my problem. I kept track and I had to /reloadui four times throughout the dungeon to complete it. The other three did not have this issue. This is a brand new issue for me.

I was gonna type out some detailed criticism of ZOS but idk, I think I'll just not update til the day the recent page on these forums has 0 large threads about game breaking bugs/lag/etc

Yep, I made a thread asking about this, it was dumb not to put an option to disable this if it's intentional. The only thing I could do was change the color of their text to dark gray or black so I know what I could skip through a bit quicker.

Greymore is not released yet. Only harrowstorm the dungeon dlc. Greymore release is in june. Relax....

I love how there has been no response at all and the only response I got from ZOS was for me to disable my addons because some of the outdated ones will cause some ui errors... I replied to them and said um yes sorry I PLAY ON CONSOLE!!! so yah sorry no addons for me

Did both new dungeons with no issues.

Have yet to enter Cyrodiil - reports from guildmates not promising, but need to see for myself.

I played for a couple of hours yesterday in cyro, it wasnt pop locked but me and most in my group experienced a far better performance than the last couple of weeks (im on ps4 EU). Altough we will probably see in the next week how it turns out for real.

Ontopic: my biggest issue is the clunkyness and the inconsistency in block cancelling, some skills works like before, but others just feel sooo weird to cancel. Dont like it at all

Hopefully this year will bring big changes to the game like I said before I'm not quitting I'm not going to even stop playing I have been grinding new gear out in PVE land and working on new setups for PVE and PVP for my channel so still playing every day after work in the early morning hours
