I would guess it'd be difficult to maintain upkeep of the game if civilization comes to a grinding halt because of the Virus.

When you consider that DDOS attacks are launched by bot computers, I'm sure that ESO players control enough wireless fridges to be able to run the servers. Some might say as well as ZOS run them, but I couldn't possibly comment
