Why the game is so laggy?

It is sad, but after the past attempt to fix, the game became so laggy and I have the best internet the USA can offer. Does anyone know if they are going to fix it?

✭✭We're at the beginning of a year long performance improvement plan. There's going to be some bumps and bruises along the way. I'll giver them another year and a half. One year to implement that plan, and another 6 months to iron out the bugs they created. That's a hard pill to swallow for those who want improvements NOW...but more realistic.0 -

Its not six months its 6 years. I joined in 2013 in beta and since than is bad performance. Its just empty promises from year to year, so dont keep your hopes up.5
