Siphoning Attacks does not generate Ultimate via Transfer. (Disregard. Have to be in combat.)

Transfer (Casting a Siphoning ability generates 2 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds) does not work on literally the only Siphoning ability with the word "Siphoning" in the name. I don't know why I'm surprised.

When you cast Siphoning Attacks, you get no ultimate.0 -

theadriel✭✭I've noticed that ages ago. I'm not too sure if you need to be in combat but tool tip doesnt say otherwise. So yeah NB skills are just whacked out. Like how Ambush doesnt go off but animation and sound still happen.0
