Werewolf Ultimate - building

Hi there - this is probably a dumb question but does the Werewolf 'ultimate' build at a different rate to others? It seems to take longer, or perhaps I'm Doing It Rong.

Any advice gratefully received! Many thanks.

    Werewolf Ultimate builds at the same rate as other ultimates, although it is one of the more expensive ones to use. As you level the Ultimate up it does come down in cost.
