After careful consideration (and oh! so much deliberation) we have concluded that you circumstance sounds too much like a l2p issue for it to be just a mere coincidence.

i think they are robbing peter to pay paul so that playstation and xbox have enough bandwith for their updates that are coming in less than 2 hours?

Whatever the reason is im not encouraged by preorder greymoor. lol. Just got d/c again.

There was no patch and no maintenance on any platform at the time you opened this thread. Maybe a problem with your isp? The message spamming isn’t related to chat but to message exchange with the server (button spamming) and usually happens during extreme lag or when the connection to the servers is unstable and big packages off movement or combat messages get sent at once instead of in real time.

There are a lot of performances issues with eso right now, no question. But since you are the only one reporting this specific problem the last few days I’d say some troubleshooting on your end is warranted.

I was mostly on the NA server last night, doing my crafting writs, but I did switch over to the EU server sometime after 1 AM EDT to do crafting writs on my EU main-- until I remembered that the daily reset wouldn't be until 2 AM EDT because of the time change, and realized I'd already done my EU crafting much earlier in the day.

Anyway, while I was running around in Daggerfall on the EU server at about 1:30ish AM EDT, I noticed that some players were moving around rather jerkily, whereas other players were moving around much more smoothly. My own character seemed to be moving around smoothly. So it seemed like some players were definitely having troubles with lag or ping or whatever, while other players were not.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
