[Forward Camps in PvE] Mobile Wayshrines for Guild Events?

What if we could use Forward Camps of any alliance in a PvE setting. Once placed, anyone in the same guild can wayshrine to or from it for 1 hour.
Sort of like SWTOR flagship summons.

    That's actually a really cute idea. i mean, if every guild can have only 1 up at any given moment, you could use it in so many ways. Daily wb or public dungeon, etc etc. I mean, if there is time limit, still, can find uses to it. But. But. Can they implement it without affecting performance? And in stead of developing what will it be created?

    Not all of them are convenient depending on where you want to go. And a lot of alts or newer toons have slow horses.
