I've tried repeatedly to port from the Eastern Elsweyr Wayshrine to the Vulkhel Guard Wayshrine, but keep getting thie above message. I'm using the wayshrine not the in-Cyro transit stone, and I'm not trying to port from Cyro to a personal home, but to another wayshrine, just as I always do. The last time I was hopeful, bucause I got an Auridon loading screen, but no, I was bounced back to Cyro. Please fix!

    Can you queue for a different campaign like Imperial City and leave from there? Or can Cyrodiil just not let you go?

    You may need to simply log out entirely followed by running a repair through the ESO launcher. Please let us know if doing so resolves the issue.

    I was able to TP the next day, but no repair was needed.
