Other games give you the option to copy over control settings from one toon to another, and if you like the controls you have set for one why not be able to copy it over to your alts? is something like that in the works? and if not why?

    Because of lazy I would guess. It wouldn't be a hard thing to implement.

    I use "Binder" addon.
    Load the character you have everything set on, save. Load on new character.

    I use Votan's Keybinder (works the same of course). In my entire gaming life (since 1985), I have set up keyboard for spells/skills to certain keys (the ones I, a touch typist since 1963) find easiest to reach. So Keybinder was a goddess-sent addon for me, because having to reset all that every time I made an alt was driving me mad in white linen. I don't know how people on consoles without addons can stand it....
