Stuck shield displaying when in Pve or PvP

Title should explain it, but when after pvp or even pve, I get a stuck shield icon that stays with me for quite some time. It's rather annoying. Wondering if anyone else has the same experience.

Yes I have this... From the moment I first block until I log off or crash and have to reset my computer.

Yup, that comes and goes as ZOS fixes one thing and breaks two others. Last night, I had the stuck shield and consuming blue flames animations on me much of the pvp raid.

This is one of the persistent bugs we all used to think was a big deal....then the bad bugs became the norm and we got to stop talking so much about this one. It's evolution.
