4. There is no timetable in place due to #2 and #3 above.
I wouldn't hold my breath waiting.
ZOS, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here.

Or class/skill-related? Even in big groups/zergs I don't see players regularly going offline due to crashes, if everyone would crash every 1-2 hours this would be noticable in a 24 group running for several hours.
Overall performance improved for me, at least fps-wise.
Also I don't have long loading screens before, only if I go into a delve and even then the loading screen isn't several minutes long like I had before the patch sometimes. Usually my loading screens are just a few seconds, 10-15 seconds MAX and rarely.
It's not just alt tab crashes. Yesterday the only way I could close my crashed game was by restarting my PC.
Tonight I couldn't teleport back to Auridon using the Eastern Elsweyr wayshrine. Once I got an Auridon loading screen, but found myself back in Cyrodiil with yet another message that my transfer had failed. To be clear I was attempting to teleport to the Vulkhel Guard Wayshrine, not the inn room. After about ten tries I gave up and logged without doing my writs as planned. I'm NOT a happy camper.
Both incidents were in the No CP campaign (I think the new name is Raven something) on PC EU.
At this point the only reason I'm continuing to play is that I would miss my guildies terribly.

I’d rather them not further break the game if they think maintenance would make combat worse.
