My point is quite simple: crown gifts are a big part of the crown market right now. You can't gift a bundle if the buying player has a part of it. I understand that's a hard mechanic to fix, and it could give more work.
Since the Imperial City DLC is free nowadays, the vast majority of new players "buy" that DLC. When they get some money, some of them want to buy the DLC Pack as a Crown Gift. I'm a middleman in a Crown Market, and out of the last 5 transactions, 2 of the buyers were 2 CP300ish players that wanted to buy the Guilds and Glory Pack, but they couldn't because of the way the Crown Store Gifts work.
Can the Imperial City DLC be removed from the Guilds and Glory Bundle, so the bundle can be gifted? Everyone is going to buy the DLC if it's free as soon as they check out the Crown Store.
And, if someone says "but they make more money if they keep it like this, because they will buy the crowns, or they'll buy the DLCs individually", I have to say that out of these two people, one said that he would wait for the pack to be fixed
The other player was going to buy Guilds and Glory and Dragonhold (6k Crowns total). Instead, he bought Orsinium and Thieves Guild (5k), but said he wasn't going to buy Dark Brotherhood as a standalone because he felt it wasn't worth the money on its own, as for Dragonhold, he said nothing.
Less crowns spent, and an old DLC zone won't have another potential player.
