Maintenance for the week of April 6:
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – April 8, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EDT (22:00 UTC)
We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

Trials are pretty much broken currently

No need to say much, just watch the attached clip.. This is only one example out of all the trials that are unplayable.

Post your platform, server, and describe the issue. Video proof is good, but doesn't substitute for an actual bug report.

We we´re expiriencing the same issue with skills not going off, delayed telegraphs from bosses/trash, even the ice cages in vSS had a delay. We just went into vss but i can confirm its pretty *** up there to. All 3 evenings we had this week.
Even ults we´re not going off, had to smash the key like crazy.

We did this without addons and with addons activated, issue remained the same. Hope for a fix.

Our vSS yesterday was atrocious. We all had a ~20 second disconnect, as a full group. A proper disconnect, no connection to server, staying in game, things are in idle animation but not moving properly. And then it worked again. I stood in an ice tomb telegraph for 10 seconds waiting for it to hit me. Skills were not going out, then maybe after 10 seconds one of them happened belatedly. It was completely unplayable and we dropped it. vSS I've experienced and heard of a lot more crashes recently than normal. vAS has been the most desynced for us, often with weird ping spikes, but that was before U25 already.

However, this is performance and server issues that spans the whole game and spikes in certain spots, I don't think it can be considered a bug per se.

You're absolutely correct, I should've posted the platform and server but the fact that made it kinda "meh, doesn't even matter" is that the same stuff basically happening on all platforms, both NA and EU. Just yesterday, half the group in cloudrest had ping issues that it would shoot up to 400-500ms all of a sudden. We reset the instance, disbanded - reformed the group, nothing worked.. The clip is from PC-EU but the issue is everywhere I think

Unfortunately the only fix my team has found is to keep resetting till we get a playable instance. In vSS you can till if instance is bad if the first trash cats spin in circles and randomly run around while taunted.

Yeah I don't think servers matter too much right now, but at least between platforms the issues are at least different or may stem from different issues. In the end, this is just another small link in the chain of performance related issues currently going on, and most of the desyncs and similar are directly related to ping spikes.
